Solid steel-framed construction, the Laundry / Washroom is a stand-alone building or can be connected to an existing building with mains power, sewerage and water.

Council Compliant:

  • WELS compliant fixtures and fittings
  • Electrical Test certificate to AS3000 Compliance
  • Engineer’s Structural Certification available upon request – additional charges apply. This includes:
    • Detailed plans for council submission
    • Form 15 with N3 wind rating compliance
    • Engineer footing design available, engineer certification by others.

  • Strong shipping container style structure with insulated sides and roof

  • Roof is sealed and protected steel sheet
  • 4 lifting lugs one in each corner and forklift pockets for transport and site location

Final Connections:

  • Final connection of electrical by others
  • Final connection of water and drainage by others, and Form 7 is supplied by the installing plumber
